Terms & Conditions for shopping with Mommies Point.

By using the Mommies Point website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Orders & Payment
All orders require full advance payment. An order will only be confirmed once the payment has been received and verified by Mommies Point. Customers must transfer payment only to the account details provided at checkout and upload the payment proof as required.
Customers in Karachi may opt for self-collection of their orders, subject to availability. Collection details will be provided once the order is confirmed.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, packaging, or appearance may occur.
3. Imported Products & Warranty
Mommies Point imports certain products from outside Pakistan. As these products do not have an official outlet or authorized service centre in Pakistan, local manufacturer warranty is not available and warranty claims cannot be made through Mommies Point. However, if a product is received damaged or defective, customers may contact us in accordance with our Damaged or Incorrect Orders policy.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Any damaged, defective, or incorrect product must be reported to Mommies Point within 24 hours of delivery. A clear unboxing video is required to process the claim. Claims reported after 24 hours or without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines provided on the website are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are not accepted. Refunds or exchanges are only available for approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products. The resolution will be determined by Mommies Point based on the nature of the issue and product availability.
7. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled due to a change of mind or any other personal reason. We kindly request customers to review their order carefully before placing it.
8. Product Use & Safety
Customers are responsible for using products according to the manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidelines. Mommies Point is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
9. Changes to These Terms
Mommies Point may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page along with the revised “Last Updated” date. The updated Terms & Conditions will be effective from the date stated above.
